After 2 years of research & development, we have developed a next-generation simulation experience where students would be able to converse with life-like avatars on highly specific topics such as job interviewing and customer complaints handling. The avatars will run through the interviews or service scenarios with tailored-made questions and the candidates’ performance, both verbal and non-verbal. The back-end system will provide meticulous reports based on detailed scoring rubrics and mechanisms. We look forward to helping more students prepare for critical communication scenarios.
